Stoke Heath Homecare offers high-quality care for a variety of people.

The people we can offer support to range from those who are getting older and a little frailer, right through to those who require intensive 24-hour support. Our Service Users may suffer from a wide range of medical and/or mental health conditions both acute and chronic.
